Terms of Services

1. Legal nature of the platform and non-formation of a financial institution

The Mignal project is not a financial institution, bank, brokerage, or an investment service provider regulated by financial authorities, and its activities are defined solely as the provision of a technology platform.
The use of this platform does not, under any circumstances, create a fiduciary relationship, agency relationship, asset management arrangement, or any obligation for the project to make investment decisions on behalf of users.
All financial and investment decisions are made solely by the user, and the platform assumes no direct or indirect responsibility for any profit, loss, or outcomes resulting from users’ decisions.

2. No provision of financial or investment advice

None of the services provided constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice.
No statement, representation, or information should be interpreted as:
a recommendation to buy or sell any asset,
a guarantee of profit, or
an investment recommendation.
The user is solely and fully responsible for conducting their own analysis, making their own decisions, and accepting all associated risks.

3. Risk Acknowledgement (Broad Risk Disclosure)

The user expressly acknowledges that:
Digital assets are highly risky, volatile, and unpredictable.
There is a possibility of complete loss of capital.
Liquidity may be limited or may drop to zero.
Related technologies may contain errors, vulnerabilities, or failures.
There are no guarantees regarding performance, profitability, or stability.

4. Modification, Suspension, and Termination of Services

The Mignal project reserves the absolute right, at any time and without prior notice, to:
modify its services,
amend or replace protocols,
restrict or terminate access, or suspend or discontinue the entire system.
There is no obligation to maintain previous versions of the system, data, or any profit models.

5. Changes to Economic Protocols and Yield Mechanisms

Economic structures, rewards, rates, and yield-generation algorithms are fully dynamic and subject to change.
The user acknowledges that:
There is no fixed or guaranteed yield model.
New models may replace or complement existing ones.
Changes may be implemented without prior notice.
Continued use of the platform constitutes full acceptance of such changes.
Failure to accept the updated terms shall result in the discontinuation of services under the new framework.

6. Anti-Abuse Enforcement

The project reserves the right to investigate any suspicious behavior or abuse, including but not limited to:
multi-accounting, Sybil attacks, the use of fake, misleading, or related identities, and abuse of reward, referral, or incentive systems.
Actions that may be taken include, without limitation: account restrictions, permanent suspension, cancellation of rewards, and reporting to relevant legal authorities.
All determinations and enforcement actions in such matters shall remain at the sole discretion of the project.

7. Accounts and Withdrawal Restrictions

Certain accounts may be subject to inherent withdrawal restrictions, which are specified at the time of account creation.
The user expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
they are aware of such restrictions, they have accepted such restrictions,they shall have no claim regarding the modification or removal of such restrictions, and the project bears no responsibility for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from limited withdrawal capabilities.

8. Security and User Responsibility

The user bears full responsibility for the security of:
keys, passwords, and access credentials, personal devices, and personal security practices and behaviors.
The project shall bear no responsibility or liability for: hacking incidents, loss of access, user errors, or attacks, breaches, or actions carried out by third parties.

9. Disclaimer of Liability (Broad Disclaimer)

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided on an “As-Is” and “As-Available” basis.
No guarantees or warranties are made regarding the accuracy, reliability, performance, availability, or continuity of the services.
The services may contain errors, defects, interruptions, vulnerabilities, or delays.

10. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the Mignal project, its developers, contributors, affiliates, or related parties be liable for:
loss of capital, loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions or unavailability, direct or indirect damages, or incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the project against any:
claims, damages, legal actions or proceedings, and legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to the user’s use of the services, conduct, or violation of these terms.

12. Intellectual Property

All rights related to:
code, designs, branding, protocols, and digital content belong to the Mignal project and are fully protected under applicable intellectual property laws and regulations.

13. User Content

By submitting content, the user:
grants the project a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and royalty-free license to use such content,
confirms that the content does not violate any laws or third-party rights, and
assumes full responsibility for any legal consequences arising from such content.

14. Third Parties and Links

The project assumes no responsibility or liability for:
external websites, APIs, third-party services, or any content provided by such third parties.
The project does not endorse or approve any of the above.

15. Termination Rights

The project may, at any time:
suspend a user’s account, restrict access, or terminate the services, without any obligation to provide explanation or compensation.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the legal principles established by the project.
The user agrees that:
any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the project’s internal dispute resolution mechanisms.

17. Severability

If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

This document supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written, and constitutes the entire legal agreement between the parties.
